Regent's Park - 4th August 2007

On Saturday, Bryony, Jenny, Emma and I went to Royal China on Baker St for dim sum. It was a really posh branch of Royal China (you can tell just by the standard of their toilets!!!). The menu was slightly different from the one at Bayswater but the prices were still reasonable, except for the dongding oolong tea we had chosen of a tea menu listing tons of different varieties of teas to choose from! Would have saved us a headache having to decide as well as save us some dough if they served simple chinese tea.

Next, went with Bryony and ZW to Regent's Park for the innocent fete but ended up going to watch the beach volleyball instead (so ZW can oogle at some 'not so hot' beach babes)

No time to take more pictures as we started playing frisbee in the impossible winds (which we blamed our inadequate frisbee skills for then realized other people managed just fine despite the wind) and kicking a mini polo ball around!

Then we headed off for some Baskin Robbins ice cream at Baker street to cool down and the guy at the counter was really nice by giving us 2.5 scoops instead of 2 + a little cherry.

*note how sunny it is in London!
