Hungarian Beef Goulash

Finally made use of the slow cooker that chunxuan gave to me. Also cos we bought stewing beef which turned out really tough when we had it stir-fried. So decided to prepare all the ingredients and stick them in the crockpot. VIOLA!!

and we had it with 'mian xian'! So good that we even had a second helping! =) easy peasy.
