Thursday Night Rendevous

The plan was to go over to Montezuma's at Spitalfields to buy Jenny's and Bryony's present, but we had to turn back halfway there cos we ran out of time and didn't want to spoil the nice evening we had planned.

So yup, gave up the chocolates (but will definitely make my way back there after exams) and ended at Tokyo Diner! We ordered Udon*slurp slurp*, chicken katsu don and cold aubergines. Very delicious and filling. =)

Due to our wise choice to turn back, we had some spare time on our hands to get some candid shots in.

The highlight of the day had to be the Blue Man Group (http://www.bluemangroup.co.uk/). A real stress reliever from the week of labs that I have been having. Not the usual West End theatre one will expect. Something to the beat of Stomp, but with alot more audience participation (note the people wearing ponchos in the front rows). Zhe Wei claimed it was 'lame' but I assure you that he was laughing and doing all the stupid things that we were required to do. Heh. A very entertaining night indeed.
