They are a couple aiming to turn heads with their trendy hairdo. The men had his dyed red and purple at the tip. The woman electric blue. Colours are common, but not when you add in the effects of gel.

The man had his styled like a chinese fan (reminds me of jacky cheung in a show where he had broomstick hair). and the woman, 3 big cones on her bald head.

Surprisingly, not the usual punks one will expect. Well-behaved and polite. They are certainly a class of their own.
