scribbles

i think i must have blown my nose dry... it's just some raw piece of flesh now..grrr...must have used up abt half the toilet roll and littered the dustbin with scrunched up tissue...you would prob think i encountered some form of writer's block just looking at my bin. i blame all this on the sudden change in weather. it's not only getting cold again..but i have been so unfortunate as to be caught in the rain 3 days in a row! eek..i'm on the verge of falling sick..and i REFUSE to...not with all the coursework that's due the first day of sch....eeks...been stuck on my lab report for the whole day now...no where near the end...

ASA in Walsall on Sat:
played agst Sheffield: champions of the first division i.e. the best team in the country. wat a joke. and i ended up playing goal. let in 16 goals in 3 quarters! surely, that must be the 'high' of my career. lost to Leeds 7-4. but it was nice playing agst them. had a long drive back to london..along the outskirts...discovered new places that i've never known..like the chessington world of adventure and more abt the roads of london and traffic rules. let's just say that you don't want to encounter roadworks while on the motorway here. and you definitely do not want to navigate through central london on a saturday night.

Darlene Zschech in Church, Sun:
went for service in the Theatre Royal, supposedly one of the largest west end theatres. and it was still FULLY packed. really enjoyed it very much. Darlene Zschech is one powerful speaker i must say. it's no wonder pple actually come in from scotland just to hear her msg. missed out on the worship service in the evening though. pple were already starting to queue from 2pm. it's nice to see so many pple coming to hear the word of God. definitely, an increase in the pple is happening here in london!

received quite a few emails on THE upcoming event in RJ:
  • RJC mOve and grOOve
  • kind of a cheesy name..and sounds pretty ambitious too..wonder how many of the ex-students would go back at the allocated times...think i may actually go just to chou ri nao..but too bad i won't be back in spore then.

listening to the song 'oh happy day' from the sister act soundtrack now....la la la la la
