haha...basically slept alot yesterday..woke up at 9am...discussed 'love actually' movie outing..went back to sleep until 1230pm....talked on the phone for 2 hours...went back to sleep until 5 plus....went off to linstead hall..
highlight yesterday was the phonecall back to singapore and night out at linstead hall. heh...called val's house cos everyone was gathered there for lingyi's farewell dinner...yet another one leaving for overseas....nevertheless..the atmosphere in the house was one of fun and laughter...heh..quite fun...they put me on speaker phone..and it was simply overwhelming cos there were so many pple talking and laughing..i cldn't really hear..but heh..i'm impressed with myself...actually managed to recognize most voices =p heh...was great talking to all of them again..heh..u privileged lot..haha...oh..and val's mum was so excited she was like wishing me 'merry christmas, happy new year, happy birthday' all at one go cos she was saying she wldn't get the chance to wish me...heh...so cute..haha...anyway...the excitement died down as everyone went off for their second/third round of food and dai dee games...=) satisfying phone call.
ee-wen cooked for kai leng and me last night!! heh..first time....heh...ee-wen is very meticulous when she cooks..=) had very nice pasta with luncheon meat and tomatos. we were juz lazing ard in ee-wen's room talking to pple on icq..haha..very funny..and kai leng asked yuwei 'do you want to stay with girls?' haha..wat kind of a question is that..hehe..anyway..yuwei says i'm the most dangerous of the dsta lot! wat nonsense..heh..i protest violently! went down to the linstead bar....ended up getting a drink..happend that angela was on bar duty that night..and she gave me one extra shot of barcardi in my drink.... treated ee-wen to a smirnoff..heh...leading her astray ain't i? haha...next will be val and enxin...*evil grin* after getting our drinks, headed down to the dining hall....loads of singaporeans and msians ard....some played mahjong, some fenced..the rest of us juz hung ard talking....
sunday: didn't plan to do much today..BUT...heh....went to hillsong with val + 3 others - kelvin, jasmine and sheena..heh...ended up hanging out with them for the rest of the day...how terrible of me....church was good today or so i thought...speaker was really quite funny..although he made some lewd and racist comments....can't wait for christmas service next week!! went over to yong cheng to eat...v.gd!! i like! =) haha...
best part of the day - went to covent garden! today's buskers were the statue kinds...where they dun move..heh..very fun..there was this guy who starched up his coat and tie...so it looked like the wind was really strong and preventing him from advancing..and this guy was really funny cos he makes funny faces and does very spontaneous stuff...u've really got to experience it for yourself.....then there was this guy who was singing..from moulin rouge 'i hope you dun mind..that i put down in words...'...ooh..so nice..heh..must be trying to serenade val..haha...bought thornton chocolates!!! yay..heh...covent garden very very nice!!! wanted to go to muffin man later...waited like almost 1 hour for the bus to come....ended up at knightsbridge..went in to harrods...LOVE the FOOD HALLS!!! heh..can't wait to go back and take my time to look at everything! muffin man was so-so only...dun think it's that great..juz a cozy place to hang out at...went over to kai's hall for a tour....then over to my room for ben and jerry's....
found out that pple have the impression that i'm 1)serious, 2)ang moh like...very englishy..dun speak chi kind, 3)eurasian...etc...all totally wrong...where on earth did they get that from? tsk...
spent my time replying mails.....my vjc gp teacher emailed me!! so touched =) my jc class is actually having a class gathering..but i can't make it AGAIN..sigh..bleah.... planning for cmu pple's london stay and our upcoming spain trip!! ooh..so exciting! =p
argh..it's 1.15am already...sigh..won't be able to get any work done again...better sleep if not tmr late for sch again...
